Angle stops and supply lines, a crucial part of your plumbing installation and system. That toilet needs to run for obvious reasons. However, if you happen to notice there’s a little drip drip drip, or perhaps there’s just a water pressure issue, or worse, there’s a sudden burst or break and if there is, that’s what’s covered through insurance.
Leaks drips, wear and tear, are not covered.
So keep that in mind when it comes to supply lines and angle stops. Maybe $12 to $20 max in materials with a supply line, preferably a steel braided supply line with real steel, not imitation plastic that looks like steel.
The right size angle stop and a quarter turn ball valve to upgrade from the old gate valve. That’d be a nice upgrade .
