You may say it's only a very small difference, but my main beef was they did not call me to let me know how much it was going to cost instead of obtaining approval from the tenant. Yes it did have to be cleared but I think they should let the owner know first exactly how much it was going to cost plus the 3% credit card convenience fee that will be charged on top of it. I would have appreciated a full disclosure, and an accurate billing total.

Ronald and Dominic discovered the problem, figured out how to fix it and worked diligently to get the job done. Later, I discovered a very small leak in one of the connections. I called the next morning and they were back out that day to fix the problem. This is the second time that we have used their services and, again, we are very happy with the service provided.

I called Vince on a Saturday morning and Ron and D came out and spent the majority of the day fixing the issue and cleaning up the water under the house. They did a wonderful job and we have peace of mind knowing that there won't be additional problems in the future.
