I called Vince on a Saturday morning and Ron and D came out and spent the majority of the day fixing the issue and cleaning up the water under the house. They did a wonderful job and we have peace of mind knowing that there won't be additional problems in the future. You may say it's only a very small difference, but my main beef was they did not call me to let me know how much it was going to cost instead of obtaining approval from the tenant. Yes it did have to be cleared but I think they should let the owner know first exactly how much it was going to cost plus the 3% credit card convenience fee that will be charged on top of it. I would have appreciated a full disclosure, and an accurate billing total.
