Ronald and Dominic discovered the problem, figured out how to fix it and worked diligently to get the job done. Later, I discovered a very small leak in one of the connections. I called the next morning and they were back out that day to fix the problem. This is the second time that we have used their services and, again, we are very happy with the service provided.

Vince said he didn't have one but might be able to get one in the morning. He also recommended calling some of the bigger companies that night as they might have one in stock. Needless to say we couldn't find one that night and Vince went to work early on Thanksgiving morning. He found a warehouse that would open up for him and was able to get the parts needed. Jim arrived quickly and got to work. We are thankful for Jim who did sacrifice time with his family to get us up and running. Jim worked cleanly and quickly while communicating through the whole process. Thank you Vince and Jim again. I will definitely be using A1 again in the future.
